What are Dermal Fillers?
The high-grade dermal fillers used at DentoBeauty are made of hyaluronic acid, a substance that is naturally produced in the human body.
Dermal fillers are used to plump up specific areas of the face in order to smooth out wrinkles and lines, leading to firmer, more youthful-looking skin.
Dermal fillers integrate with the surrounding tissue, allowing free passage of oxygen and hormones. This results in natural, healthy-looking facial skin.
Over time the dermal fillers are broken down by natural biological processes and are removed from the body.
This is usually between 6 and 9 months after treatment, although it does vary and will depend on your individual lifestyle and metabolism.
Get Immediate Effects
If you want a treatment that will immediately reduce deep folds and facial lines, there are very few treatments as good as professional dermal fillers.
Dermal filler treatment results are immediate and will be seen as soon as the treatment is finished.
The full effect of your dermal filler treatment may not be seen until up to two weeks after treatment as you wait for any bruising or swelling to go down, but most clients will experience the full effect within 48 hours.
You may also experience a slight lumpy feeling around the injection site, but this will subside.
What are the Risks of Dermal Fillers?
As previously stated, dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, which is naturally produced in the human body. This means that the risk of having a bad reaction to dermal fillers is very low.
You may experience slight swelling from the actual injection, however, the substance used very rarely has an allergic reaction.
Any swelling, bruising, or redness that results from the injection should subside within 24 – 48 hours, although this may take a little longer in some people.
