Our Teeth Whitening Procedures
Before We Start
Before we begin any teeth whitening treatments, we need to check your mouth is in a suitable condition for the teeth whitening procedure.
If you have any form of gum disease, we will need to address this before we can whiten your teeth.
For all patients, we always recommend getting a Dentist Professional Hygienic Teeth Clean before any tooth whitening procedure. This will not only give you much cleaner and healthier teeth but will also make the teeth whitening procedure more effective.
You should also be aware that teeth whitening will only whiten natural teeth. This means that false teeth, dentures, veneers, crowns, bridges, and fillings will not be affected by the teeth whitening procedure.
Teeth Whitening Options
At DentoBeauty, we offer three different teeth whitening treatments.
One of these is carried out in our clinic and the other two are kits that you take home with you.
The in-clinic procedure is Phillips Zoom Whitening, and it involved using a special whitening gel in combination with an LED lamp.
The home kits come in two varieties, but the treatments are identical. We’ll make you a custom gum shield which you’ll use in combination with whitening gel.
The in-clinic teeth whitening treatment will give you immediate results after just a 45-minute treatment, while the home kits will require several treatments to be effective.
Phillips Zoom Teeth Whitening
Phillips Zoom teeth whitening is the gold standard when it comes to teeth whitening. After only 45 minutes in the dentist’s chair, you’ll be able to notice a difference of up to 6 shades.
With the in-practice Phillips Zoom Whitening, we are able to use stronger whitening ingredients to safely whiten your teeth.
These ingredients, along with the blue LED lamp will leave you with whiter, brighter teeth in less than an hour.
The in-clinic Phillips Zoom Whitening reverses stains from food and drinks, aging, and even discoloration from some types of medication.
Our Home Kits
If you would rather whiten your teeth on your own time, we offer two home kits that allow you to whiten your teeth from the comfort of your own home.
Our premium home whitening kit is made by Boutique. For this home kit, we will take a mould of your teeth and send it off to Boutique who will create bespoke whitening trays designed to perfectly fit over your teeth.
Once your whitening trays have been sent back to us you’ll need to choose between Boutique by Day or Boutique by Night gel. The day gel is used for an hour during the day, while the night gel is left in overnight.
We also offer a lower-priced alternative to Boutique that works in the exact same way, however, we produce the whitening trays in-house.

Sharareh Hemmati (Shirley) qualified as a Dental Therapist from King’s collage Hospital London in 2009.
She has experience working with both adults and children and is especially good at helping nervous patients feel at ease with her informal and friendly manner.
Shirley's strength lies in identifying individual needs and providing a personalised course of treatment for each patient. She is very passionate about her work.
